Each year, the PRCA Conference provides a vibrant, interactive forum where more than 300 public relations, marketing and communications professionals, along with non-profit directors, community leaders and students browse and learn about the latest products and services. In 2003, the East Alabama Chapter hosted one of the most highly-attended conferences with 400 in attendance.

Exhibitor “Tuition”
*A $50.00 Scholarship can be applied to all Tuition Levels if your business is a current member of PRCA.
Graduate Level: $750.00
The Graduate Level includes:
- 1 Booth Space (10 feet wide). This level includes access to electricity and wireless internet, a 6 foot skirted display table, two folding chairs, and one waste basket. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to bring any extension cords and/or power strips needed.
- 1 Full Conference registration package.
- Online company listing, including logo and company description, on the 2010 PRCA Conference web site.
- Logo prominently displayed in the 2010 PRCA Conference program. You also have the opportunity to provide an insert for the program.
- 1 copy of the 2010 PRCA Conference attendee list.

The Distance Learning Level includes:

- Use of the 2010 PRCA Conference logo to use in advertising and marketing materials, as well as your company’s web site.
Exhibit Hall Hours & Set-up
Exhibitor set-up will be held on Sunday, April 11, 2010 at The Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. Hotel staff will be available for set-up assistance. Set-up will also be held on Monday, April 12, 2010 from 6:00 – 7:30 a.m.; however, hotel staff assistance will not be available. All exhibitor set-up must be completed by 7:30 a.m. on Monday, April 12, 2010.
The Exhibit Hall will be open to the “students” during the following days/times:
Monday, April 12, 2010: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 13, 2010: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
